| Abstract |
| Gentlemen,
It is a signal honour for us today first to meet in
the learned environment of the Benares Hindu
University and secondly to have lVIr. Rang Behari Lal,
Pro. Vic.e-Chancellor of this great University to welcome
us. It denotes singular consideration on his part to be
here to welcome us, even though so grievous tragedy
has been inflicted on him, and we all sympathise in his
sad bereavement. |
