| Abstract |
| Microwave dielectric ceramics based on Sr(RE112Nb112)03 (RE=La,
Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Oy, Y, Yb, Ga] have been prepared by the
solid state ceramic route. The samples are characterized by XRD,
SEM and microwave methods. The ceramics have high dielectric
constants in the range of 22-30, low dielectric losses and a
small temperature variation of the resonant frequency. |
