Abstract
Results on the bond forming property of magnesium aluminate llydrate (MAH) with magnesia grains are presented. The potential of the new bond has been systematically investigated. A very small llmount (0.25 wt %) of the bond has been found to be effective and the weak zone has been much less compared to other bonds. RUL, PLCR and other relevant data are presented. A recipe has been presented which holds good promise for industrial application.
